What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.

This policy explains how Global Swanky LLC (“we”) handles personal information collected through dyzor.globalswanky.com. We are the data controller. You can reach us at support@globalswanky.com.

What we do not collect
- No payment card data. Card details are typed into secure fields provided by Stripe, our payment processor, and go directly to Stripe. PayPal payments are completed with PayPal. We never receive or store card numbers, CVV codes or bank passwords; we only see the card brand, the last four digits and the name on the card.
- No account passwords — there are no customer accounts on this site.
- No health data. Please do not send us medical details; we are not qualified to advise on them.
Legal basis
We process your contact and address details because they are necessary to perform the contract you enter when you place an order. We keep records for seven years because we are under a legal obligation to do so. Fraud prevention rests on our legitimate interest in not being defrauded.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with:
- Shipping carriers — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver and call ahead.
- Our email provider — your email address, to send order confirmations and tracking.
- Our hosting provider — which stores the order record on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. If we run advertising campaigns, they are targeted on audience interests, never by uploading your details.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser’s local storage on your device — it never reaches our servers until you place an order, and clearing your browser data clears it.
This site loads two third-party measurement tools on every page:
- Google Analytics 4 — measures how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where in the world they are. We do not send it your name, email or address.
- Meta Pixel — tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a visit, and lets us show ads to people who have looked at this device. It records page views, product views, and clicks on “Buy now”. Meta may combine that with your Facebook or Instagram account, and this counts as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising under California law.
Both set cookies in your browser. To turn them off, use your browser’s cookie controls or a tracking blocker, and adjust your Meta ad preferences at accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences. To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, email support@globalswanky.com with “Do Not Share” in the subject and we will exclude you.
Payments are processed by Stripe (card) and PayPal, which may set their own cookies for fraud prevention under their own privacy policies. We record orders in our Shopify store to manage fulfilment, so your name, contact details, address and order are also held by Shopify on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or export it. If you are a California resident, the CCPA also gives you the right to know what we collect and to opt out of sale — we do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Email support@globalswanky.com and we will respond within 30 days. Note that we cannot delete order records we are legally required to keep until that period expires, but we can delete everything else.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Order data is stored on an access-controlled server. Only staff who need it to fulfil orders can see it. No system is perfect; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
Children
This product is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
