Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. We cannot deliver to freight forwarders.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees, no surcharges and no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are processed the next business day. Remote and rural ZIP codes can add 1–2 days. Peak periods such as late November and December can add delays outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you check out, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within three business days, email support@globalswanky.com with your order number and we will chase it.

How payment works

Press Buy now to pay securely on this page. Card payments are processed by Stripe and card details go directly to Stripe, never to our servers. When you continue to shipping your card is authorised for the order total, and it is charged when you place the order. If you leave without placing it, the authorisation is released automatically. We dispatch once payment clears.

• You see your order number as soon as payment clears, and we email you tracking once it ships.
• The courier may call the phone number on your order before delivery, so please keep it reachable.
• If nobody is available after two delivery attempts, the parcel returns to us and we refund you in full.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within two hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not shipped. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change the destination.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for five business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@globalswanky.com or +1 929-255-1330 and we will either replace it or refund you in full. Please photograph any visible damage before opening.
